Yoga

Ananda Yoga  is a gentle yoga whose main purpose is to bring awareness to the
physical, mental and spiritual planes.  At the HealingLight Center, we focus on tuning the chakras or energy centers. Firstly, through the practice of asanas (yoga postures), secondly through the art of breathing or pranayama and thirdly, coming into stillness through meditation. These three levels will bring each individual into a state of harmony, health, joy and inner peace.
